Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony offering a stunning view, but the noise from a late dinner party next door was disruptive. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, especially evident in the dated and dirty state of the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing with limited options, not providing good value for money compared to other accommodations I've stayed at.
When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing that hit me was the amazing terrace overlooking the City of Toledo and the Tagus River. The room absolutely stank when I entered, which was a downside, but it turned out to be clean and comfortable during my stay. The service was a bit mixed as they seemed more occupied with the restaurant than with guests, but they were nice and helpful overall. Despite being a bit difficult to find, the location is about 2 km from the city in a quiet and attractive area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The dining experience was adequate with a good selection at a reasonable price. The hotel's terraced area was perfect for enjoying the stunning view of the Old Town and the Cathedral in Toledo.
I loved the hotel for its prime location near Toledo Old Town, with a picturesque view of the Alcazar and the Cathedral from my room. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, although not very disabled-friendly. The service was welcoming, but slightly preoccupied with keeping the restaurant in order. The location was peaceful, albeit a bit challenging to find initially. The dining options were fair, though not extensive. Overall, a delightful stay with minor drawbacks.
